"Refund policy was a little confusing"
Ticket Club worked fine overall, but am I the only one who found the refund info kind of unclear? I had to click around and reread a few things before I really understood what was covered. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but I feel like that should probably be easier to find and understand.

"Customer service seemed really helpful"
I had a small issue with my tickets and wasn’t totally sure what had gone wrong or what I was supposed to do. I reached out to customer service, and from what I could tell, they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with explained things in a way that made sense and helped me sort it out without making it feel complicated. I can’t say I know exactly what happened behind the scenes, but the whole thing ended up being way less stressful than I expected

"Seat info was way too vague"
I couldn’t really tell where my seats were until after I’d already bought them. The little seat-map situation wasn’t much help, so that was annoying.

"Felt a lot safer than other ticket sites"
I was a little nervous buying tickets online, especially since some other sites make the fees feel like a surprise at checkout. ticketclub was much more upfront about everything, and my tickets showed up exactly when they said they would. The whole thing went smoothly, so I’d definitely consider using them again.

"Pretty smooth overall after some email checking"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since I don’t buy resale tickets that often, so I spent a little time double-checking my emails and making sure everything looked right before heading out. The seats ended up being exactly the ones I paid for, and once we got to the gate, the tickets scanned with no problem. So yeah, after all that worrying, everything worked out fine. I’d probably use them again.

The checkout process itself was easy and straightforward, so I didn’t have any trouble getting through it. But when the extra fees showed up near the end, it kind of threw me off. It made me trust the pricing a little less, because I felt like I wasn’t seeing the full cost upfront.

"Discount worked, but it was just a little annoying"
I used Ticket Club to grab concert tickets and tried one of the discounts they had listed. It did end up taking some money off, so that part was just fine.

What annoyed me a bit was that it wasn’t super obvious at first where the discount actually applied. I had to click around and check the total a few times before I could tell it was working.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad site, just not the smoothest experience. I’d probably use it again if the price was good, but I do wish the discount part was just easier to figure out.

"Seller actually came through, thankfully"
I bought tickets through a seller on Ticket Club and, not gonna lie, I was definitely a little nervous because ticket buying online always feels like it could turn into some unnecessary drama. But thankfully, everything showed up when it was supposed to, the seats were exactly what the listing said, and scanning in at the venue was totally fine. No last-minute panic, no weird surprises, no “where are my tickets?” nonsense. Just a simple, smooth experience, which is all I wanted.

I used ticketclub.com on my phone, i was expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually how these things go for me. But this time it was actually simple. I found my seats quickly, checkout went through without giving me a headache, and there weren’t any annoying issues to deal with. For once, buying tickets didn’t feel like a hassle. I’d use it again.

"Got the tickets, just took a while"
I did get my tickets in the end, so everything worked out okay. The only thing was they took longer to arrive than I expected, and I kept checking my email because I wasn’t sure what was going on. Anyway, it wasn’t a huge problem, I just wish the updates were a bit clearer or the tickets came through faster. Overall, it was fine, just not the smoothest experience.

I was browsing around for a bit and the whole ordering process was smooth overall. Nothing really froze or acted weird, and I got through everything without much trouble. I just kept looking around the checkout page expecting to see a little more about payment security or protection before I hit submit. The payment did go through fine in the end, so it worked, but I was slightly unsure for a minute there...

"Found tickets, but I don’t really trust the selection anymore"
ticketclub did have tickets for the game I wanted, so I’ll give them that. But the options were disappointing. Most of what was left was way higher up than I wanted, and it felt like there wasn’t much real choice at all.
The prices were okay, but nothing that made me feel like I got a great deal. I did end up buying something, but the whole experience kind of made me lose trust in using them next time, because I expected a lot more availability.

I kind of regret not trying Ticketclub before. Buying the tickets was super easy, there were no issues at all, and everything worked perfectly when I got to the venue. The price felt fair too, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely use them again
